I have always loved my family deeply, connecting with people has always been one of my super powers, but I found myself taking a back seat to my role as husband and father. I convinced myself that I wasn't making enough positive difference and was not needed. A realization moment, and a lot of intentional effort later - I created a blueprint of daily shifts that allowed me to go from feeling powerless to thriving and I am passionate about sharing it with you.
